Healthy Food and What to Watch Out For

June 10 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Healthy Food and What to Watch Out For
We will be having Michele Reneau come to The Agora to teach a class on truly healthy food. She spoke at Agora Fest last year, heads up the Chattanooga Weston A. Price chapter, and is running a campaign to try to increase freedoms, especially around food.
The class will be $10 per person and everyone can bring a guest/spouse for free. It is scheduled for Monday evening, May 20th, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
Here is the tentative outline for what she’ll be covering. It should be an incredibly informative and helpful class not only for those who are well versed in these things already but also to those who are just starting to learn. Invite friends and family and spread the word!
